Delete Your Anthony's Painting Account

Delete inside the app

If you are signed into the Anthony's Painting mobile app, you can delete your account directly:

1. Open the More tab.
2. Tap Settings (or tap the gear icon in the header when signed in as a customer).
3. Scroll to the Danger Zone section.
4. Tap Delete My Account and confirm both prompts.

For security, the app may ask you to sign out and sign back in before deletion if your session is too old. In-app deletion removes your authentication account and selected profile records, but does not erase signed contracts, payment records, warranty documentation, or other information we may be required to keep.

Submit a deletion request online

If you cannot access the app, use the form below to submit a deletion request. We will review it and may contact you to verify your identity before processing.

What may be deleted

After we verify and process a deletion request, we may remove:

• Your app account profile and authentication access
• Optional profile information you provided in the app
• App preferences and non-required account-linked settings
• Push notification tokens associated with your account

What may be retained

Even after account deletion, Anthony's Painting and Remodeling may retain records needed for:

• Active or completed contracts and signed project agreements
• Payments, invoices, and accounting or tax records
• Estimates, scheduling records, and communications related to your project
• Warranty obligations and service history
• Media-consent and electronic approval records
• Fraud prevention, security logs, dispute resolution, and legal claims

Verification and timing

We may need to verify your identity before processing a deletion request. We will process verified requests within a reasonable period, subject to records we are legally or operationally required to retain. Submitting this form does not guarantee immediate deletion of all data.
